DESCRIPTION:Help 200+ high school seniors practice for the workforce\, one 10-minute interview at a time.\n\n\n\nWe're launching our first-ever Young Professionals Mock Job Interview Day at Aiea High School and we're calling on 50 YP volunteers to serve as interviewers. You'll conduct short\, structured interviews\, offer quick feedback\, and help students build confidence as they step into their next chapter.\n\n\n\nSchedule:\n\n	11:00 11:30 Arrival (reserved parking provided)\n	11:30 12:15 Lunch for interviewers (Student Center)\n	12:15 12:30 Transition to Gym\n	12:40 1:40 Mock Interviews (5 8 students per interviewer\; 10 minutes each)\n\n\n\nWe'll provide: interview question sets\, scoring/notes sheets\, quick-tips\, and day-of logistics.
