After passing the CPA exam and working in Public accounting for two local CPA Firms\, Monty left public Accounting for Watanabe Floral to be their Accountant.  After a few years\, Monty migrated away from Accounting instead becoming the Sales and Marketing Director and later adding the title of General Manager.  In 2009\, Pacific Business News recognized Pereira as one of Hawaii's 40 Under 40.  He is very proud of the team at Watanabe Floral\, which has now been voted Hawaii's Best Florist every year since 2003. \n\n\n\nAway from Watanabe Floral\, Pereira is the President of Kaoi Soccer Club\, Chairman of the Leeward YMCA Board of Managers and President of the Alakai Networking Roundtable\, a Business Networking group.  Pereira is married to Lori Pereira and has two daughters\, Tiana (22) and Crystal (18).\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBreana Grosz\n\nGeneral Manager\n\nInternational Market Place \n\n \n\nOver the course of Grosz's career in Hawaii her experience has included business development\, healthcare\, operations\, construction management and strategic communications. Grosz joined The Taubman Company in 2016 to work on International Market Place development project. She then joined the International Market Place marketing team and in June 2019 became one of Taubman's youngest General Managers in their 70 year history. She oversees all aspects of the shopping\, dining and entertainment destination\, including operations\, marketing\, sponsorship\, retailer relationships and community relations. For the past several years\, Grosz has been an active volunteer of AccesSurf\, a local nonprofit organization that provides individuals with disabilities access to water through assisted swimming and surfing. Grosz also serves as a director on the board of the Waikiki Improvement Association\, HLTA Women In Lodging\, and Waikiki Community Center. \n\n\n\n\n\nDon Murphy\n\nOwner\n\nMurphy's Bar & Grill\nDon Murphy is 70 years old\, and has been married to Marion Elniski for 27 years\, He has been the owner of Murphy's for 34 years.  Murphy grew up in Oklahoma\, then lived in Florida\,  California and Oregon.  He met wife Marion at Murphy's when he bought it back in 1987. \n\n\n\nMurphy is also in the Hawaii Restaurant Association Hall of Fame\, and him and Marion are in the UH Circle of Honor. Murphy's has won numerous awards\, and was a finalist for the National Restaurant Association's 'Good Neighbor' award.
