And so\, employees need to also evolve their approaches and their toolsets\, whether their teams and their clients continue to meet virtually\, shift to in-person\, or a hybrid approach.  Connections still need to be fostered in trusting environments so that collaborative approaches to solving problems\, delivering solutions\, and delighting customers are effective.  This session will give you insight into how to engage to deliver these results. \n\nThis webinar will explain not only how to approach different work settings and how you can facilitate healthy and productive interactions but will also demonstrate many of the available technologies (often free!) that are now widely available to support and foster these successful working environments.   \n\nAttendees will learn: \n\n\n	Approaches and considerations for engaging virtually\, in-person\, and in hybrid environments. \n	Identify some of the key technology available to build engagement. \n	Learn what tailoring can be done to continue to deliver value through collaboration in an ever-changing world. \n\n\nPresented by Hawaii Pacific University in partnership with Hawaii Employers Council.\n\nSpeaker:  Jamie Champagne\n\nSpeaker Bio:  Jamie Champagne  is a small business owner of Champagne Collaborations\, where she provides business analysis to tackle organizational change. She has held various positions in the field of knowledge information\, business analysis\, and information technology. She has worked for organizations such as The Queen's Medical Center\, Hawaiian Telcom\, Bank of Hawaii\, and the Department of the Navy. Jamie has been a Management Information System Instructor at Hawaii Pacific University for over 5 years. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics.
