It's the perfect opportunity to unwind\, connect\, and focus on physical and mental health. Here is what you can look forward to:\n\n\n	Build Connections: Networking can build a sense of community and reducing feelings of isolation. Meet local professionals in a supportive\, relaxed environment that encourages meaningful conversations and relationships.\n	Experience Stretching and Stress Relief: Enjoy a stretching and product demonstration led by StretchLab's expert Flexologists. They'll guide you through specific stretches designed to enhance flexibility\, relieve tension\, and improve wellness. \n	Support Mental Health Awareness: May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Through networking and stretching\, you'll experience how small actions can support a healthier mind and overall well-being.\n\nCome dressed in "stretchy" clothing and get ready for an evening of self-care! \n\n\n\nRegistration includes 2 drink tickets (non-alcoholic options available)\, light pupus provided by Big City Diner\, and a chance to win great prizes - A complimentary month at StretchLab\, a StretchLab Swag Bag\, two free weeks at Body Fit Training\, and more! \n\n\n\nGive Back! During the event\, we will be hosting a gift card donation drive to support Hale Kipa\, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and families across Hawaii.\n\n\n\nYour generous donation of gift cards will go directly toward programs and services that help stabilize young people in crisis and build the resiliency they need to thrive.\n\n\n\nIdeal gift cards to support our youth (any denomination is appreciated  $10-$20 is perfect!):\n\n\n	Target\n	Walmart\n	7-Eleven\n	Foodland\n	Safeway\n	Ross\n	Zippy's\n\n\nTogether\, we can make a difference one gift at a time.
