Gerald Clay, founder & CEO, believes that improving how organizations partner has the potential to reshape the culture of business and law for the betterment of society.
Position Overview
Clay Partnering is seeking a Research and Writing Assistant with a passion for big ideas and practical impact. • Help maintain bookkeeping and coordinate business logistics.
• Outreach to potential clients and build relationships with clients.
• Work closely with a retired attorney.
• Conduct interdisciplinary research in psychology, philosophy, and law, connecting theory with real-world applications.
• Draft, edit, and publish articles, reports, educational materials, and social media posts.
Who You Are
• A strong researcher and writer who can synthesize complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Curious about human behavior, ethics, and how systems can improve society.
• Comfortable working independently, learning new technology, and managing multiple priorities.
• Patient, flexible, and collaborative.
• Background in psychology, philosophy, law, or business preferred, but an exceptional recent graduate with strong writing and analytical skills will also be considered.
