Join us for an exclusive YP Member–only Field Trip to Diamond Bakery Hawaii, a beloved local brand with over 100 years of history!You will go behind the scenes on a guided factory tour that reveals how Diamond Bakery’s iconic cookies are crafted in their Oahu facility. Listen to insights from Butch Galdeira, President, and Joe Silva, Director of Operations, as timeless recipes, quality ingredients, and modern production merge to create the final product.
Diamond Bakery began as a dream among friends and evolved into Hawaii’s beloved brand. Founded in 1921 by Hidegoro Murai, Kikutaro Hiruya, and Natsu Muramoto, it led Hawaii as the first cracker-focused bakery.
Today, Diamond Bakery stands as Hawaii’s largest producer of crackers and cookies, fueled by dedication and the spirit of aloha.
Attire: Closed-toe shoes required. Long hair must be pulled back.
