Shin Ho is Operations Manager of Ho Farms, a family operation started more than 20 years ago and now supplies stores such as Whole Foods, Foodland, Down to Earth and Kokua Market with a variety of fresh local produce.
Makani Christensen is an active member of the Hunting, Farming and Fishing Association. Born on Maui and raised in Hilo, Christensen has a deep appreciation for traditional Hawaiian farming and agriculture techniques.
Judah Lum is with Kahuku Farms, which was born from the result of two farming families, the Matsudas and Fukuyamas, who migrated to Hawaii from Japan to work in the sugar plantations in the 1900's. In 1986, the families decided to merge the brand, thus creating Kahuku Farms. The company primarily grows and distributes Hawaii wholesale fruits and vegetables.
