The OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing requires businesses with at least 100 employees to develop, implement, and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, or adopt a policy requiring employees to either get vaccinated or elect to undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work. The OSHA ETS would impact around 80 million workers nationwide.
