Successful at everything except for your own finances? You are not alone. Many highly successful people feel competent in every arena except their own finances. This talk is intended to be a first step for how to feel more in control.
Judith Mills Wong, MBA, served twenty years as an instructor in the Department of Financial and Economic Institutions in the Shidler College of Business at the University of Hawaii specializing in corporate and personal financial management. Prior to retiring she was the Associate Director of the Shidler Financial Services and Planning Program, and Board Member for the UH Financial Literacy Program. Ms. Wong received her BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her MBA from the University of Hawaii.
She began her career as a HR Representative at the University of Washington Joint Schools of Health Sciences. In 1995, she returned to Hawaii and began lecturing at the University of Hawaii. She became a Certified Financial Planner® in 2001 and assisted with the development of the Financial Services and Planning track at the University of Hawaii.
